1 Copyrights in the words and tune to “A life lived with Grace” are respectively owned by Ms Lucy Kiely and Fr. Atueyi Vincent Chinemelu as authors. They have each granted an exclusive licence to use the same to The Commonwealth Resounds!, registered as a charity in England and Wales with Charity number 1160119, for the purposes of Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee celebrations 2022 and in particular the Jubilee Beacons events to be held on 2nd June. Arrangements of the words and music in various formats, to include solo voice, SATB, gospel choir, “pop” etc. are copyright to The Commonwealth Resounds!
2 Pursuant to those copyrights and licence and on the basis that use of the words, lyrics and arrangements are not for commercial benefit then they may be used for the purposes of an event supporting the Jubilee celebrations, be that a private or public performance in any medium, to include live performance, television or radio, live streaming or recorded event without further permission being obtained or any fees paid. This is subject to the proviso that the various copyrights are duly acknowledged, for instance in the format
